I can get 12" TJI/250's (a heavier flange than the 1.5" wide 150's) for 1.44. (Still $51.84)

I also work for a General Contractor, and buy them 4000 or 5000 lf at a time. It's impossible to buy them exactly. You always end up with too many, or having to buy more, and there's always a piece or two left over that is just a foot too short and unusable.

Drive by jobsites using TJI's with a $20 bill and a case of beer, and you can probably make a 4:30pm deal. (Depending on the cost of a case of beer in Hawaii, this might not be worth it!!)
