I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. If your deck has been glassed, you can strip off the glass by working a razor blade under an edge of the fabric until there is enough loose to grasp, then lift carefully. I've removed large sections of glass/epoxy this way. If it's just epoxy, then the only way I know of to remove it without damaging the wood is by sanding.
