: They shouldn't care if it's a kayak or a coffin. They generally only need
: size, weight, and value. And special instructions, like top-loading.

If I were shipping a wooden boat worth a lot of money, I'd probably go this route. However, this is a used 'glass boat, so I don't think I'll go to that trouble.
