ne thing you must do to keep nicks foot rests from chattering and moving around is to attach a small piece of bungee from the back of the slide to the end of the foot rest bracket. The foot rests are still adjustable because the bungee is quite flexible.
I also was bothered by these foot rests moving around and even coming off during transport. The above solution worked. Good luck - steve polack.
