Hi Irv, that would mean pulling the boat off the forms before any glass is in place which is risky at best - at worst, the strips could start to crack and spring apart...

I was pretty nervous glassing my first boat; that's good. Mistakes happen at the moment you are sure everything is going your way Glass as the temperature is dropping and squeegee excess epoxy into a gunk bucket and you'll be fine.
