I use the same epoxy and had the same orange peel effect on my double and now on my single, after the initial and two fill coats. Using a ROS with 60 grit will smooth it and the next (thin) coat will level out with no more problems. By the way, I roll my epoxy on, followed by a squeegee and touch it up if necessary with a foam brush.
