I bought a custom-sized skirt from Whetstone/Kayakstore.com for my large-cockpit Chesapeake. Their neoprene skirts have the bungie stitched directly to the nylon-covered-rubber of the skirt, rather than in a reinforced rubber rand. This makes for a stretchier skirt rim.
On the plus side, it's fairly easy to get on & off. It's also a bit less expensive than other similar skirts (especially for the custom fit).
On the minus side, it does not appear to be as durable as a reinforced rand, and you have to take a bit more care to smooth it around the coaming otherwise it could leak.
I don't have any experience with other brands - you may be able to find an off-the-shelf model that fits your boat the way you want it to. Good luck!
