Seriously, though. I got an email ad from West Marine saying they are giving away a GPS every day to people who register for their drawing online. (www.westmarine.com) All ya gotta do is sign on while the spouse is looking over your shoulder and start a conversation with the spouse about how you are entering this contest every day because you want this GPS so much, but you can't jsutify taking money from the family budget to buy something like this for yourself -- so you hope to win one. You can then mention the nearest or cheapest store that sells the model you want. I think your spouse will get the idea from that. If not, well, you can try westmarine's gift registry (westmarine.com/webapp/commerce/command/ExecMacro/gift_registry_info.d2w/report)
And if that doesn't work, well, I hope you like the tie she gets you.
