: Has anyone used PL Polyurethane Premium Wood glue to strip their decks? If
: so, what was the quality of the cured jount and did you have any problems
: with joint creep after the deck got hot? BTW ... Home Depot sells a 16 oz.
: bottle of the stuff for $6.97 ... way cheaper than Gorilla Glue.

I haven't used Gorilla Glue but I have used PL and Titebond Polyurethane Glue. The 2 bottles of PL I've used seem to be of a thicker consistancy (actually lays in the cove a little better than Titebond when you are stripping horizontally) and is a little more noticable when dry. The Titebond flows thinner and expands more, so you use less. The Titebond is priced between Gorilla glue and Pl, but if it goes further that may help tip the scale.
The first bottle of PL was large and thickened to the point of being unusable before I finished it(6 weeks). Some of that may have been my fault but I believe the glue's consistancy affects PL's shelf life.
I can't help you with the rest because I'm STILL not in the water.
Good Luck, Nelson
