I checked out your photos and I didn't see any deck photos. You want to cut your hatch openings and do any hatch work (reinforcment, hold-downs etc) now. I do my foot pegs last - it's up to you. they can get in the way while joining the deck and hull. I also do my bulkheads last for the same reason. Do any build up of the bow and stern for grab loops unless you're going to do an end pour. Other than the hatch stuff I think that's about it.
