Umm, yeah. I'm too cheap to pay for Geocities' premium service, and they do that because I get too many hits on occasions when I post links to the BBS. So, in a way, it's your board's fault! ;) Just kidding. If the premium service would allow me to post photos on BBSes, I'd probably pay for it.

It's for exceeding 3 gigabytes per month (measured on an hourly basis). I think you can re-access it if you wait an hour.

Sorry for the inconvenience. "If you build it, they will come" is an adage that applies to kayak websites as well as baseball fields, but you already knew that!
