It looks like the sum of R values, for 8" concrete block, 4" brick, air space, and inside and outside surface resistance, is about 3.5. If you have any insulation behind the facia, that probably doubles the R-value. That isnt much, and you might consider biulding an inner wall of 2x4 and insulation.
