Don't do it now, but next fall, before you put your boat away for the winter you can fix all the dings -- and at that time you should sand out the burn marks and put in patches of glass cloth and resin.

In the meantime, have you considered hiding one or two with a bumper sticker, or maybe an owner's plaque? Call the local bowling alley and ask for the name of the company that provides the bowling trophies (every bowling alley has bowling teams, and every team gets trophies) The trophy company can make you a 3 by 5 brass plaque with your information on it: Name and design of boat, owner's name, Hull Identification Number (yes, we can make that ugly HIN look downright purty) date of construction, date of launch, or anything else you can think of, and want to pay for. Secure the plaque with some epoxy resin, or if you want to remove it later, use velcro, or short screws.
