I think the bottom hull’s materials would thick and strong and puncture resistant, but deck would thin.
Otherwise the skin would be very heavy.

Use PVC because I have no other choice now, also inexpensive. High frequency weld machine can be find, not difficult, I would find a factory as you said.
Sure, I can not do everything, so a machining factory is necessary.

If I use, I would rather buy Hypalon coated fabrics directly from factory with wider width, and order Hypalon liquid as seam materials(do not know if it would stick with PU).Maybe I could get some kindly advice from you to make a choice, which brand will be better quality. I would rather find a kind liquid hypalon not flammable, because of UPS international transportation.
I had alreday found some roof-repair materials company sell Hypalon coated fabrics, but I don’t know if it fit to be hull stuff.
