Tools: Kutzall Carbide Grinding Wheels

Have any of you used one of the Kutzall 4" dished carbide grinding wheels on an angle grinder for carving seats from minicell foam? Woodcraft Supply sells them for $47.50 in three different grits (coarse, medium, fine). It looks like it would be ideal for the job. Any reccommendations on which grit to buy?
