I think those are the kind installed in a P&S Sirius, you can also use a 40 cent stainless T-nut without using the offset block of wood, I glued the T-nut onto the inside of the hull with four 2" strips of 2"unidirectional carbon, with the T-nut poking through the fibers, with the tangs cut off the whole mess set the rail out about 1/8" inch. I had the tape, glass tape would probably work as well,,hmm that's another one for testing.
