hi bobby, happy new yr!

looks like you have a long wall and even tho it has windows in it, just put up some shelf track and hook on those metal shelf hooks, say about 5 or so or more. then put strips ripped from the same board(let them bypass the windows) on the same shelf and go from say light to dark on the shelves top to bottom. or at least some organization is possible this way. say short to long, narrow to wide etc.

then they're up high to look at and check the grain easier, doesn't look like you have space below.
