Acetone will work fine, as will most of the organic solvents, like MEK, toluene, xylene, MIBK, etc. Stay away from lacquer thinner though, it is hygroscopic - it absorbs water and then leaves it behind in the epoxy. Depending on humidity and temperature, it can leave the epoxy looking cloudy.
One other thing, a lot of thinners are recycled these days, and may contain contaminants that can cause fisheyes. I don't know how to tell the difference at the store, so a test patch at home would be in order to avoid the risk of messing up the boat.
