I put a GelCoat final finish on the bottom panels of my boat. It provides a rock hard finish, which is very handy when beaching on a slate beach in Boston Harbour.

It is white, looks good and provides sun screen and scatch resistance. Might have to be re-done every 3-4 years, I can live with that...
