The stuff you want is PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) "Mold Release." It is a blue-green liquid. It is brushed or sprayed. Once applied, the alcohol evaporates leaving behind a thin film. The film dissolves in water for cleanup or helping with the release. It is available at most arts & crafts stores such as Michaels. A good hobby shop or marine supply chandlery might have it. Aircraft Spruce carries it (see link below, P/N 01-14813A).
