: I did do the kneehooks as a separate project from the coaming. They actually
: extend nearly to the shear line on the inside of the deck, leaving the
: joint at the coaming as primarily esthetics. I used black tinted thickened
: expoxy for the fillet and it shows, primarily by hiding the weave of the
: carbon fiber cloth.

: In an ideal world, it could be done in one go, but I think you would have to
: make up a male mold and vacuum bag it to be able to keep it in the radius
: between the vertical part of the coaming and the initial horizontal part
: of the kneehook. Seems like it might be easier to do on a separate jig and
