Hi Bob,

Nick Schade's Night Heron is offered with two deck heights, and you can mix and match foredeck and rear deck. Go for the ultra-low aft deck, and the higher foredeck for footroom.

Have you tried a slanted bulkhead for a footbrace? Lots more foot room that way.
