Check with Northwest Outdoor Center on Lake Union. They have dozens of boats in their rental fleet, and hundreds of boat racks. Some folks rent space there for their private boats, and it's a really handy place to put in. Can't tell you what rates are, but would bet you a lunch it's far less than $300.
