: How do I go about removing the last strip that has been qlued into the bottom

If you used carpenters glue it is possible to loosen the strip by getting the glue wet. I have done this. It is tricky because you need to get the joint wet enough to soften the glue without getting any other joint as wet. I used a squirt bottle to directly soak the joint and quick work with a rag to keep everything else relatively dry. It does work, but Rob's suggestion will probably be easier.
