Is the outlet in a curved surface?
In Response To: Tools: Which Flush Cutting Hand Saw? (Jim Owens)
If so, it may be difficult to cut it accurately, even with a flexible blade. I'd be tempted to cut it off close, then sand it to shape. ABS sands quite easily.
