Why not drill a small hole in the deck. Align the ABS pipe with this hole, and glue the ABS to the inside of the deck. Ream out the deck to match the inside of the pipe after the epoxy has cured. Seal the endgrain of the wood exposed--now you will have a much less noticeable hole.

I agree with Brian....if you go that route, trim the pipe proud of the deck and sand it flush.
