Hi Jack, Tom Hill's book 'Ultralight Boatbuilding' has some of that in it as I recall. He steps through building a boat not unlike yours. Todd Bradshaw's book 'Canoe Rig' has tons of cool illustrations of those details; not alot in specific measurements but enough smart info to give you confidence to design your own. Canoe Rig ain't cheap but it's worth it.
