Yeah I seem to remember that section drawing some attention. Started on page 82 through 86 I think. LOL Yeah I worked at the Catoctin Mt Still for years, And it all started when Dad told me it was only a copper wash kettle
Interesting note: The original owner showed me how it was done. In the old days he used to gut a squirrel into the mash to start the fermentation going. Have the rest of the squirrel for lunch.
