golly. My thinking being that a fast curing epoxy will still have blush, that's what I found thinning fast epoxy with acetone and lacquer thinner. The CPES sounds like a fast epoxy. Petes comments about a slippery film may well be elve snot but I'm speculating it's blush. I'll make some glassed panels and see what happens next, I don't like the idea of sanding the sealed would because variations in color come up.

I'm kind of sheepish about this topic since a previous poster asked about it and I panned the idea but it got me thinking. I've seen a cup of slow epoxy that was thinned quite a bit with lacquer thinner making a rubber kind of compound,,that smelled like lacquer thinner.

I'm rethinking the idea but wouldn't glass a hull of it without doing a few test pieces and breaking them.
