Pete,

You can apply the glass and epoxy over the CPES once the CPES has vented
off its carrier solvents, that is, once it has reached the "tacky"
phase. This happens fairly quickly on new wood in warm temperatures (60+
degrees F), in as little as an hour. How quickly this happens depends on
wood density, temperature, and air movement. Let me repeat, though, that
you will get good bonding even if the CPES epoxy is fully cured! For me,
the whole "tacky phase" business is a technical issue. It works just
fine both ways.
