Tools: ROS pad source

I seem to go through about a pad a year on my ROS. I use both a Dewalt and a Makita. Locally the pads cost about $45 Canadian which is about half the price of those sanders and more than the cost of a discount sander (best I've seen is about $25 each). Does anyone have a good inepensive source for pads?
