: bungie cords work great! just drop a short piece of 1/4" dowel into the
: cove where the bungie cord crosses from outside to inside. one end of the
: cord is clamped to the shear strip. the tag end is clamped to a station
: form at whatever angle is required to hold the strip till the glue sets
: up.

You can make easily moved posts for holding hte ends of the bungee cords from inexpensive 1/4 inch bolts. Get some that are 2 or 2 1/2 inches long, and a matching number of regular nuts and wing nuts. You'll need two for each bungee cord.

Drill a 5/16 inch hole in your forms, spin a nut about halfway onto the bolt, and poke the bolt into the hole. The nut keeps it from going in all the way. Hold it in place with the wingnut, and you'll have an easily moveable metal post. After adding several rows of strips you may want ot move the bolt to a new position. Drill a new hole, spin off the wingnut and presto! you have another bungee mount.
