As one of my job tasks, I manage a mail center in a major governmental complex. After the September 11 attack, my staff were all provided with latex gloves by our Risk Management group - to help with potential Anthrax exposure.

One of my staff developed SERIOUS allegic reaction to the gloves. In the end, we found all she could use were the nitrile type gloves - latex and regular rubber caused major reactions - so before you look only to epoxy - look to ALL of your products. Thinners, sanding dust (cedar isn't so healthy) paints, varnishes - and even the equipment you wear to protect ... i.e. "rubber" face masks for respirators. You need to check everything out. Don't just assume it is the epoxy

Also, in the Spring I suffer from allegies and take over-the-counter medication. Have not noticed any difference if using or not using medication when working with epoxy. Will watch this Spring and make special note of any kind of reaction - but then, ... I seem to be "blessed" in that I never have had reaction to any exposure - prior to, during - or after cure.
