I'm older then both of you (68), but young at heart. Bad shoulders, herniated disc, tendontious, can't see my GPS without putting on reading glasses but that makes the journey even more interesting. Anyway, I would be glad to send both of you (free) a back exercise VCR tape tape I use that helps keep you in overall fitness and your hamstrings stretched. You don't know how bad your hamstrings are until you use this tape. E-mail me if you are interested.
