I found a couple of muffler hangers (look like big fat black rubber bands) in my garage and they have served nicely as drip rings for my Greenland-style paddles. Just roll 'em on. Check with your favorite muffler shop, I'm sure they have 100s. They'd fit the shaft of a conventional paddle, but unless your paddle is sectional, you couldn't get them over the blades.
