So long as the batch is measured and mixed properly, it will eventually cure. You can mix up a batch, put it in the freezer for 10 years, pull it out, warm it up, and it will cure. Amazing stuff. Low temperatures retard or stop the cure mechanism, but there is no solvent evaporation or "drying" component to the process.
