Taylor -
visit Gougeon Brother's web site for WEST System products. They sell a series of pigments that can be added to color resin (as I recall). I've only used their carbon powder - so don't know off-hand what colors are available - but my guess is that white would be a selection. Perhaps gel coat colors will also work - available at marine and auto stores.
