In Response To: Strip: Cutting a "patch" (Chas Bernstein)
I've got that problem with a short length of strip; it sits 1/16" below my otherwise sanded hull. I'll be fixing it in the next few days. I'm planning to slice through with a utility knife and maybe clean up the hole by paring with a sharp chisel.
