Is there a glue that works OK in cold temperatures, but still has a reasonable working time?

Now that I have my forms set up, and having learned the merits of reading the label on my glue bottle (my sheer clamps broke at the scarf joint on my first attempt - my second attempt, glued inside the house, worked fine), I don't want to wait another couple months to start stripping.
