Great Ideas for serious improvements. I have been buying my fiberglass from Raka and their mini-manual on epoxy is also a great help. I can't believe I mis-quoted the Bondo as epoxy while the label plainly says "fiberglass resin". The eventual possibility of water induced delamination is also a concern here, maybe this is the time to switch to Poly glue. Cool, paddle on!
