In Response To: Endeavour 17 Cockpit Dimensions (Pete Rudie)

: This issue came on the Bear Mountain BBS last year, and another builder was
: kind enough to email me the dimensions for cockpit and hatches. The inside
: edge of the rear of the cockpit is about 2-1/2" behind Form 10, and
: the dimensions are 30" x 15-3/4". If you email me I will furnish
: more detailed information. It seems irresponsible to me for an
: author/designer to omit critical dimensions like this from a DIY book, so
: I don't care whether he objects.

Thanks very much.
Another reader on Bear Mountain's BBS was kind enough to respond to me
after I posted there, and gave me similar dimensions to yours, though not
exactly the same.

I will take you up on your offer.

And, just to set the record straight, the designer, Mr. Killing, probably
wouldn't object. He seems alright. It's the company who are giving me
a rough time about it.
