Going on 4 years with one S-O-F. It started as a full-size, unfolding version of a folder. Ended up being my test platform for finishes, skin coatings, etc.
I started a sailboat in 1966, making the ribs and boom. Those parts have been in storage at my parents, or in my garage, or storage locker ever since. Someday I'll get the sides on it.
The plans for that boat are in the same book which has the plans for the Skimmer kayak, which I have been sending to a few interested people. I got the book in 1960, and haven't started on that kayak yet, but I did buy wood for it about 4 years ago.
Is there a prize for this? Did I mention the list of 6 other designs I haven't started on yet?
