Jim, a lot of what you'll find is going into personal preference territory more than universals of good/bad, if you are not a big person you'll need to install thigh braces if you plan on rolling or rough water use, some folks are satisfied with the thermarest seat pad with a few wedges tucked under the thigh area but you'll find that a carved 3" minicell block is most comfortable, my recollection is that the osprey std. doesn't turn as easily as the Tern or Coho.
If you weigh around 150lbs you'll find the boat is kind of big if you paddle a lot without extra weight. If you are looking for straight line paddling efficiency in a moderately high volume stable kayak that is under 16ft. then it's a good choice.
