Like others have said: you probably couldn't get a kit. I buy materials as I go. In the Seattle area you can build a very nice stripper for about $700 using first quality Cedar, Epoxy and Glass bought at retail prices (tool rentals would make it more). Spread over 12-18 months it's not that expensive; just pick up materials as you go, spending a little each month and keep an eye out for bargains.
