3M 5200 is a good urethane, and other mfrs make good ones too, but I have never seen any of these in clear. 5200 comes in white, black, mahogany & tan. Polycarbonate does come in clear and would be a good choice (Flexgel, Flexible Seal, etc.) with no silicone bondbreakers.
