No need to yell :)

When I did the Spring Run, I believe I glassed the outside before removing the deck from the forms, and tried to keep it on a form or two while sanding at the inside. Then, after glassing the inside, put the deck back on the forms while the glass is green, so it forces the deck to conform to the hull width. Cross peices will work in place of forms, if its easier.

I dont think I'd want to pull the deck off without glass on the outside, it's still pretty delicate. Of course, your joints are probably tighter than mine...
