If you don't want to take the time to make some based on some of the suggestions, you can purchase the plastic ones used on Necky boats from Northwest Outdoor Center in Seattle. I used them on my "leak test" trip before I got around to making my own.

Scroll about half way down the page to find them (past the footbraces, cleats, etc.)
