Strip: Seat location relative to coaming...

If an imaginary line was dropped vertical from the inside edge of the rear part of the coaming, how far foreward do you all typically put the back edge of the seat?
I thought I had read Rob Macks saying he typically used 5", but I can't seem to find it in the archives (maybe it wasn't him).
