Your boat looks mighty fine by using the staple-less construction.

By using a shear clamp is it possible to attach the deck to the hull without installing glass tape along the inside? I have been thinking of trying it on my Sea Spirit. I was thinking I would install a shear clamp after I scrape and glass the inside of the hull. Right now, I'm gathering the courage to lift off the glassed deck from the hull.
