Chip, my post probably wasn't very clear. Epifanes doesn't make anything special for using the rag or paper towel wipe-on technique. I'd be using their regular gloss varnish. Which is thicker than Interlux or Z-Spar or anything else I've used. So I think I'd probably have to thin it. I'm worried I might have to thin it too much.

Your idea of asking Epifanes is a good one. After I read your reply, I went to the web site and got a server error when I tried to send the question. I'll try again. Hope I don't have to speak Dutch . . .
